Four independent oilless pump heads on a 120-litre receiver: 512 litres of air every minute, 5800 watts of total power — still from a single 220V single-phase supply.
Figures below follow the SP-series configuration pattern (four 1450W heads). Please verify against the unit nameplate before publishing — marked values are estimated pending the actual spec sheet.

The SP-120S is the top of the Nantong Shengqiang single-phase oilless silent range. It lines up four complete 1450W pump heads across a reinforced deck above a 120-litre horizontal receiver. Each head runs its own motor, cooling fan and check valve, with braided stainless balance piping tying them into one common manifold.
The payoff is sustained high output: roughly 512 litres of air every minute keeps several spray guns, a wash bay and a framing crew fed at once without the motor stack cycling to keep up. And because the build is four parallel units rather than one giant motor, the loss of any single head drops output by only a quarter — the other three carry on.
At about 5800W on 220V single-phase it draws in the low-to-mid 20A band, which a properly sized 32A workshop circuit supplies without a three-phase upgrade. Roll it in, charge the tank, and the whole bay is on air.
Parallel 1450W oilless heads share load through braided-steel balance pipe, so no single unit runs hot and flow stays smooth through long duty cycles.
With four units, the loss of one leaves three still delivering about 75% of rated flow. Production barely dips instead of stopping.
Self-lubricating composite rings and sealed bearings mean zero oil mist in the delivered air — safe for painting, food-grade blowing and lab use.
The largest tank in the line buffers demand spikes from impact tools and multi-station hookups, cutting motor start cycles and extending switch life.
Digital pressure management automates start/stop around the set point, while the display shows live tank pressure for at-a-glance monitoring.
A solenoid unloader vents line pressure at power-off so heads never restart under load, and capacitor protection shields the motors from brown-out damage.
GT-style intake silencers and encapsulated pump bodies hold operating noise in the 60–70 dB band — conversation continues beside the machine.
Steel pull handle, fixed-rubber plus swivel castor wheels, and a footprint that rolls through standard single doors and parks in a corner.
We build in our own plant near Nantong and ship worldwide, so distributor margins don't sit between you and the machine.
Each SP-120S runs a full-pressure soak test and leak-down check before packing, with results archived against its serial number.
Colour schemes, tank decals, controller firmware and packaging can all be customised for brands and catalogue sellers.
Pump heads, check valves, pressure switches and controllers are stocked as spares for years after a production run ends.
All three share the 1450W pump platform, 8 bar ceiling and 220V supply. The SP-50S pairs two heads with a 50L tank (276 L/min), the SP-90S runs three heads against 90L (≈384 L/min), and the SP-120S mounts four heads on a 120L receiver for roughly 512 L/min plus three-quarters flow redundancy. Choose by how many simultaneous air tools you run and how long the machine works per hour.
Yes. Total draw is about 5800W at 220V/50Hz — in the low-to-mid 20A range, which a properly sized 32A or 40A workshop circuit handles comfortably. No three-phase supply, converter or soft-start kit is required.
Isolate the affected head at its connector and keep working on the remaining three — you retain about 75% of rated displacement. The heads are modular, so a replacement bolts on without touching the other circuits.
No lubrication service is ever needed on the pump heads. The only routine tasks are draining tank condensate weekly, brushing dust off the fan grilles, and checking the braided hoses and fittings periodically.
Units go out in reinforced export cartons on pallets, tank empty and valve closed. Common service items — pump heads, pressure switch, check valve, solenoid unloader — are held in stock and can be shipped together with future orders.
