Nantong Shengqiang Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (SHJPAI) manufactures oil-free air compressors and cordless power tools in Nantong, China. Two lines under one roof: silent oil-free piston compressors from 750W to 10kW with 12L to 320L tanks, and a 21V brushless cordless platform covering drills, impact drivers, angle grinders, circular saws and chainsaws.

Our 15,000 sqm facility produces up to 300,000 units a year with a team of 100-200, and over 90% of output is exported. We manufacture for RILAND, JASIC, LAUNCH and HUGONG, and support OEM/ODM from tooling and colour customisation to retail-ready packaging.

From One Assembly Line to 300,000 Units a Year

Fourteen years of building compressors and cordless tools - the dates that changed what we could make, and for whom.

2011		Company founded in Nantong, Jiangsu; air compressor assembly starts on the first line.
2014		Became a supplier to FutureWanjia, one of China's largest tool retail chains.
2016		Awarded multiple invention patents for compressor and power tool design.
2018		Began supplying six listed companies, entering OEM programmes for national brands.
2019		Annual sales passed RMB 100 million.
2020		Shanghai branch opened to handle export sales and overseas enquiries.
2021		Launched the 21V cordless power tool line - drills, grinders, saws and chainsaws.
2022		Certified as a National High-tech Enterprise.
2024		Automation upgrade on assembly and testing lifted production efficiency by 40%.

QUALITY CONTROL

Six Inspections Before Any Unit Ships

From incoming aluminium to the final pressure-hold check, every compressor passes six inspection points on our own line. No unit leaves the factory without a full run test.

01	Motor Testing Voltage, power, current, load and airflow checked on every motor, plus a turn-to-turn test before assembly.

02	Incoming Material Inspection Aluminium parts are sampled from each batch at a fixed ratio; outside diameter and thickness are measured with a 0.001 mm digital caliper.

03	Motor Coil Inspection Dielectric strength and insulation resistance are tested on every coil - the two values that decide motor output and operator safety.

04	Aluminium Component Precision Machined parts are cleaned and calibrated in two steps, then checked with a vernier caliper to hold bore, curve and clearance within 0.01 mm.

05	Complete Unit Testing Each compressor is powered up and run through a full machine check, then passed to the final test station only if every reading is normal.

06	Pressure Hold Test The unit runs up to working pressure on the line, is locked and moved to packing, where the pressure is verified and released.

After the sixth checkpoint the unit is packed, labelled and moved to finished-goods storage. Test records stay with the batch number, so any unit can be traced back to its inspection data.
