Nantong Shengqiang Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is based in Lusi, Qidong, Jiangsu, on a 15,000 sqm factory site. Casting, machining, tank fabrication, assembly, inspection and warehousing all happen inside the same fence - nothing is sent out for the critical steps.

Core parts are made in-house, so the schedule is ours to control.

The factory runs on ERP with 5S applied on the floor. Motor, cylinder, head and tank assemblies for cordless tools and oil-free compressors are developed and produced on site; supporting parts come from audited suppliers who are re-checked on a fixed cycle.

Because every stage sits in one plant, a change request or a quality issue is solved on the floor - not negotiated between subcontractors.
