Some workshops measure compressed air in occasional bursts. Others — a three-chair dental practice, a busy analytical laboratory, a small production line — draw air all day long. For them we built the 100A-1680*2-70L: the most powerful oil free air compressor in the AirProTech range, pairing two 1680W motors for a combined 3360W and a delivery of 280 litres per minute.
Because the compression chamber runs completely dry, the air leaving this machine contains zero oil vapour. There is no oil to change, no separator to replace, and no risk of lubricant contaminating a patient's mouth, a lab sample or a sprayed surface. The 70-litre horizontal tank acts as a buffer between demand and supply, so the motors cycle less, run cooler and last longer — the quiet arithmetic behind a lower total cost of ownership.
Every unit is validated from -30℃ to 40℃, starts reliably on inputs as low as 175V, and carries a recorded failure rate below 0.02%. It is heavy-duty air, made cleanly and quietly.
The engineering decisions that keep 3360 watts running clean, cool and quiet.
Two independent motors share the workload, so neither is pushed to its thermal limit. If one ever needs service, the other keeps delivering roughly half the flow — your clinic stays open.
Reliable starting even where mains supply sags — older buildings, rural clinics, generator-backed sites. No stutter, no stalling, no burned capacitors.
Climate-chamber tested across the full range, from unheated warehouses in winter to tropical summer installations. The same machine works anywhere you ship it.
A five-fold protection system — electrical, thermal and mechanical — reduces motor burnout risk to a recorded rate below 0.02% across the fleet.
Cold-rolled steel motor core for slower temperature rise; premium aluminium housing for faster heat rejection; Class F enameled wire rated at a higher melting point; built-in thermal protector cuts out on overload automatically.
A single-piece cylinder bore minimises friction between piston and wall — smoother running, less wear, and more of every watt converted into delivered air.
1400 RPM low-speed motors, a generously sized 70L reservoir and acoustic-friendly design keep the working environment conversation-friendly.
Different buyers need different things from an oil free air compressor. Here is what each of them gets.
280 L/min comfortably supports up to three dental chairs with suction and handpiece demand — with clean, oil-free air that protects patients and instruments alike.
Zero oil vapour means zero contamination risk for analytical instruments, glassware and samples. The twin-motor design handles instrument-dense benches without pressure dips.
A flagship model that complements the rest of the range, backed by a sub-0.02% failure record — fewer warranty claims, faster stock turns, happier end users.
Private label, custom colours, custom voltage and packaging. Our production line already builds to OEM spec — bring us your brand book and target price.
Continuous air for spray guns, sanders and impact tools — with no oil mist in the finish and no maintenance weekends spent on oil changes.
Spare-parts kits, technical documentation, and responsive after-sales from the factory that actually built your machine. Export-grade packaging for 77 kg units.
Answers to the questions buyers ask most about this model.
Both share the 70L tank platform. This model uses two large 1680W motors (3360W total, 280 L/min), while the 90 uses three smaller 980W motors (2940W, 190 L/min). Choose the 100A when you need maximum flow and fewer running hours per motor; choose the 90A-type when you want the finer redundancy granularity of three stages.
In typical practice, a chair with handpieces and suction peaks around 60-80 L/min. With a 70L reservoir smoothing the peaks, this machine sustains three chairs in normal clinical use. For heavier surgery loads or a fourth chair, tell us your duty cycle and we will size it precisely.
A dedicated 220V single-phase circuit with an appropriately rated breaker (typically 20-25A) and sound wiring. No three-phase supply is required, which keeps installation cost low in most buildings.
The remaining motor continues to supply roughly half the rated flow — usually enough to keep a clinic or lab partially operational while service is arranged. Combined with the <0.02% recorded failure rate, total air loss is extremely unlikely.
The 1400 RPM low-speed motors and large tank keep noise low, but at 3360W most buyers place the unit in a service room, closet or plant area and pipe the air to point of use. We can advise on layout and piping kits.
Standard warranty covers 12 months of parts replacement; extended terms are negotiable for distributors. OEM branding, colour, voltage (110V/60Hz available), manual language and packaging are all customisable.
