Jobsite Fan That Refuses to Walk Away

JP-FS14US — 14-inch cordless, battery in the base, 50W, 6m³/min

Most portable fans put their battery on the back. That single decision is why they creep across concrete, hum themselves into a wobble and fall over on gravel. The JP-FS14US moves the pack to the base instead. The mass ends up where it belongs — at the floor — and the whole unit behaves like something bolted down while still being liftable with one hand.

Six Things Worth Knowing

01  Weight lives in the base. A bottom slide-in slot drops the centre of gravity. High speed, uneven dirt, gusty tent flaps — it plants itself and stays planted.
02  Any 18V/21V pack you already own. Slide in the battery from your drill or grinder and the cable disappears. Dead pack? Swap it in seconds instead of waiting on a built-in charger.
03  A real 6m³/min of moving air. The 50W motor pushes a volume that clears a large work bay, not just the face of whoever is standing in front of it.
04  Controls sit on the base, not the guard. Three speeds plus a 3-hour shut-off timer, within reach of a boot or a gloved hand.
05  Built at 3955g for a reason. Metal mesh guard, heavy-duty ABS frame, and enough mass to survive being loaded into a van every morning.
06  No trip hazard, no extension lead. Plug-in mode is available too, so the timer and speed settings work the same whether the power comes from a socket or a pack.

Questions Buyers Ask

Does the bottom battery really stop tipping?
Yes — the pack sits inside the base, so the centre of gravity drops to floor level. That is what kills the wobble and the walking.

Which packs fit?
Standard 18V–21V slide-type lithium packs. The slot can be tooled for a specific brand platform on OEM orders.

Can it run from mains power?
Yes, dual mode — socket for continuous running, pack for cordless. Speed and timer behave identically either way.

Is 4kg too heavy to move?
The weight is deliberate stability, and there is a handle on the frame. It is a jobsite tool, not a desk fan.

What does the timer do?
Shuts the fan off after up to 3 hours, protecting the pack from being drained flat overnight.
